Position: Entry-Level/Trainee Machine Operator

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Schedule: Full-Time | Daytime and Nighttime Shifts Available

Pay: Starting pay $17.00-$19.00 per hour plus $2.00 per hour night shift differential

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Machine Operator, you’ll receive hands-on training to develop the skills needed to keep our production lines running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for:

• Learning how to set up and operate machines according to company procedures.
• Applying your training to troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues.
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve daily production goals.
• Adapting to new processes and technologies that improve operations.

You don’t need prior machine operation experience! We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Mechanical inclination: You have a natural talent for understanding how machines, tools, and mechanical systems work. You excel at troubleshooting and solving technical problems, especially through hands-on experience.

• Reliable & Flexible: Willing to work different shifts and overtime when needed to meet production demands.
• Education: High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
