Position: Machine OperatorLocation: Albuquerque, NM (1701 Second Street SW, Albuquerque NM 87102)

Schedule: Full-Time | Enjoy a predictable schedule with a rotating 3 days on/3 days off shift pattern (12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)

Pay: Starting pay $18.00-$19.00 per hour plus $2.00 per hour night shift differential

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality paper products by:

• Setting up and operating machines according to company procedures.
• Performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments to keep machines running smoothly.
• Inspecting products for quality and making improvements to meet production goals.
• Collaborating with your team to solve challenges and meet deadlines.
• Adapting to our procedures and contributing to process improvements.

• Education: High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
