Roseville Toyota is seeking an experienced call center representative for a full time position. We are a high volume Toyota dealership looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to work in a fast paced environment. As a call center representative you will be managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Scheduling customers for vehicle maintenance and repairs. We are looking for someone who has open availability, is very self sufficient, professional and personable.
Qualifications:
*Must have previous experience working in an office environment or call center
*Basic phone/computer knowledge
*Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented
*Willing to provide excellent customer service
Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level and jurisdiction. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum hourly range for new hire rates for this position. Individual pay is determined by work location, additional factors including job related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
