High school education or equivalent required.
Must be able to work Saturdays.

- Front Desk Responsibilities
- Opening/closing the spa
- Scheduling clients
- Taking client phone calls
- Handling client text messages
- Checking clients in/out
- Taking client payments
- Keeping track of retail items
- Providing client paperwork
- Approving/managing online appointment requests
- Organizing intake forms
- Helping to rotate laundry throughout the day
- Keeping common spaces clean and orderly
- Helping clients with any questions or concerns
- Restocking common area amenities such as snacks/drinks
- Monitor/manage online gift card sales
- Check/respond to emails or social media messages
- Unpack any orders that come in during the day
- Check mail
- Check service tickets to make sure service providers are paid out correctly
- Settle out any/all payments at the end of the day.
- Miscellaneous responsibilities/ tasks in order to keep the day going smoothly
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
