This role is responsible for:
- Maintain accurate financial data in QuickBooks.
- Monthly reconcile of company bank accounts (6)
- Monthly reconcile of credit cards (4)
- Reconcile QuickBooks with RTO (Rent to own software)
- All company sales tax registration and payments (3)
- Driver compliance and licensing by FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration)
- Preparing investor statements monthly and quarterly
- Prepare company financial statements (4)
About Our Ideal Bookkeeper:
- Experienced: 1 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks.
- Accurate: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an aptitude for numbers.
- Computer Savvy: Must know QuickBooks and be proficient with Microsoft, Excel, etc.
- Friendly & Polite: Enjoys being part of a team and working with others.
- Work Ethic: Fully engaged in the job, enjoys being challenged and learning new skills. Hardworking and motivated.
- Clear Communicator: Values clear communication and is able to build solid relationships with others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
