Job Summary :

We are seeking a Director of Environmental Services to oversee all aspects of environmental sustainability and compliance within our organization. The Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
At least 5 years of experience in environmental management, with a proven track record of implementing successful environmental initiatives
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Professional certifications such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) are a plus

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement environmental strategies, policies, and programs to reduce the organization's carbon footprint and promote sustainability

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits by conducting regular audits and assessments

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate environmental considerations into business decisions and operations

Provide leadership and direction to environmental staff, overseeing their work and professional development

Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics to senior management and regulatory agencies

Stay informed of emerging environmental trends and technologies to continuously improve the organization's environmental performance.
