Hello! Rosharon Family Dental is family owned and operated. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, quality dental care to our community for patients of all ages.
We are a private office looking to add a treatment coordinator who is friendly and customer service oriented. We are an established office looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals who are willing to be part of a practice owned by two hard working dentists. Our office is equipped with technology including intraoral scanners, CBCT/pano, plumbed nitrous, 3D printers, paperless software/patient communication and more. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collecting insurance information from patients
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Inputing insurance benefits into Open Dental
- Answering phones and scheduling patients
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs
- Proficient in English and an outgoing personality to speak with patients comfortably
- Must have had 1 year of experience in the dental office
- Understand basic dental treatment codes and can explain dental treatment to patients
- Excellent record keeping skills and grammar
- Great customer service skills on the phone and in person
- Processing transactions using credit card terminals
- Ability to answer phones and schedule patients efficiently
- Good computer skills (typing, email, text, etc.)
- Multitasking proficiency
- Team player
- Experience with Open Dental Software is highly preferred, but not necessary
Pay will be determined on experience and skill.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
