SUMMARY:- Maintains daily operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Manage all aspects of team efficiency: scheduling, punctuality, time off with or without pay, complaints.
- Plan and conduct staff meetings and follow up on organizational goals.
- Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, training, and developing employees.
- Achieve financial objectives set by Area/Regional Manager and company.
- Assist is any patient services functions
- Processing orders for eye wear
- Ordering lens material and vision eyewear
- Delivery/dispensing of eyewear
- Adjusting of eyewear
- Participate in preparing sales budgets and analyzing variances.
- Provide superior customer service and resolve any patient complaints/concerns.
- Performs all other duties or assignment delegated by proper authority to ensure workflow is unaffected.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Optimism and the ability to be accessible and friendly.
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Evaluate and manage staff performance efficiently in a non-bias manner.
