Rosina Food Products, Inc. is a leading manufacturer in the frozen food industry, known for our commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure optimal facility operations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership and direction for all plant maintenance operations.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance staff and functions across production, packaging, warehouse, and facility maintenance.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA and Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Manage budgets and manpower planning while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance projects, contractor activities, and facility service coordination.
• Foster a culture of safety and efficiency in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including wastewater and air quality standards.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 5 to 7 years of maintenance management experience in a food manufacturing environment (frozen food industry preferred).
• Strong experience in safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong technical and computer skills, including experience with maintenance management systems.

💰 Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year
