What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Coordinator position at Rosina Food Products Inc?
## Overview
This individual will perform a range of responsibilities related to Procurement & Planning activities. This will include data entry related to vendor scorecards, export paperwork, packaging tracking, film conversions and ingredients tracking along with data integrity clean up. Purchase Order entry and expediting of PO’s. It will also involve running various reports and some analysis of those reports. This position will work closely with the packaging team to track packaging related to discontinued items and artwork changes. Position requires close coordination and communication with the entire Supply Planning/Procurement team. Other duties consistent with these responsibilities may be assigned.
## Duties
- Data entry of vendor scorecards, export paperwork, packaging tracking, film conversions and ingredients tracking along with data integrity clean up. Purchase Order entry and expediting of PO’s. Will be familiar with the Company’s manufacturing capabilities and products. Will need basic understanding of production capabilities, run rates and plant scheduling.
- Timely collection of all vendor Food Safety and other required documentation.
- Will provide necessary information for product exports as it relates to raw materials.
- Will assist Procurement team with Purchase Order entry, expediting, and confirmations.
- Will track and provide detailed information regarding packaging inventories, costs, weeks on hand for packaging with pending artwork changes, consolidation, or discontinuation.
- Will assist in monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and packaging based on open orders, active non-stock orders and forecasts to assist buyers in planning purchases.
- Will be an active member of the Supply Chain Team by participating in meetings and should be able to offer suggestions on enhancing the department’s effectiveness.
- Will participate in special projects as needed by the department or delegated by the Department Supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
