What You’ll Do:

Provide leadership and direction for all plant maintenance operations.

Manage and coordinate maintenance staff and functions across production, packaging, warehouse, and facility maintenance.

Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure smooth facility operations.

Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA and Process Safety Management (PSM).

Manage budgets and manpower planning while ensuring operational efficiency.

Oversee maintenance projects, contractor activities, and facility service coordination.

Foster a culture of safety and efficiency in the workplace.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including wastewater and air quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:

Associate’s degree in a relevant field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

5 to 7 years of maintenance management experience in a food manufacturing environment (frozen food industry preferred).

Strong experience in safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and Process Safety Management (PSM).

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong technical and computer skills, including experience with maintenance management systems.
