Rosina Food Products, Inc. is a leader in the food industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products while maintaining excellent customer service. We are looking for a Supervisor – Parts Inventory to join our Logistics team and oversee the effective operation of our Parts Inventory department.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise all aspects of parts inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and organization.

Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts based on inventory needs.

Support the Maintenance department by ensuring parts availability and system updates.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.

Train, develop, and manage staff performance, schedules, and PTO requests.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, audits, and company policies.

Oversee cycle counting and participate in inventory verification processes.

Maintain cleanliness and proper functionality of equipment in the inventory area.

Supervise 2nd shift operations, including Freezer DC associates, overflow at the Dry DC, and the shuttle program.
Qualifications

Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and inventory management systems.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
