The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for Roskam Foods. This role focuses on building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding workforce needs, and delivering a seamless candidate experience. The Specialist will drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, with an emphasis on hard-to-fill roles in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment :
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for both hourly and salaried positions, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including leveraging job boards, social media, networking events, and talent pools.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and departmental goals.
- Screen and shortlist applicants effectively, ensuring alignment with job competencies and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, including behavioral and competency-based assessments.
