Job Overview
The Real Estate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive property leads, and support agent success. This role involves a blend of digital marketing, branding, content creation, and campaign management.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage marketing campaigns for property listings, including social media, email, print, and web
- Develop content for listing presentations, brochures, flyers, and digital ads
- Maintain and grow our presence on social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate professional photography, videography, staging, and virtual tours
- Manage the company website and ensure property listings are updated and optimized
- Analyze marketing data and track performance of campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in real estate marketing or similar industry
- Strong skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and CRM platforms
- Knowledge of social media advertising and digital marketing trends
- Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills
- Experience with real estate platforms (MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com) is a plus
