Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement process improvements, KPIs, and comprehensive data analysis to drive business outcomes. You will design new reporting to track KPIs, produce actionable insights, and monitor progress on meeting business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gain input and develop inclusive/holistic operational solutions.
As a seasoned analyst, you will possess a strong ability to think critically and strategically, identifying opportunities for process improvement and quantifying potential impact to key business metrics such as costs, quality of service, and time to completion. You will also have excellent communication skills, able to interact with all levels of management to build consensus around changes and rollout plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement process improvements, KPIs, and comprehensive data analysis to drive business outcomes

• Identify process improvement opportunities through quantitative/qualitative analysis

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in an analytical field)
• Minimum of 3 years post-college experience with developing reporting/analysis, managing projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and business process ownership
• Strong analytical ability - must have a data-driven and detail-oriented approach to solving problems
• Experience designing dashboards and analysis to track KPIs, produce actionable insights, and monitor business outcomes
• Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Ross offers a competitive salary range of $75,700 - $113,650, dependent on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location.
