Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to both departments.
- Prepare reports, maintain filing systems, and track budgets.
- Manage correspondence, process requisitions and purchase orders, and verify deliveries.
Transportation Duties:
- Drive bus routes in emergencies or when substitutes are unavailable.
- Communicate delays or changes in transportation.
- Recruit, secure, and assist in training substitute drivers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with school bus and passenger endorsements.
