Responsibilities – Shop Foreman:
- Supervise and mentor service technicians, fostering a positive and productive team environment
- Coordinate repair assignments to optimize shop efficiency and ensure timely job completion
- Provide guidance on complex diagnostics, repairs, and procedures to support technicians
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure work meets Rossi Automotive’s high standards
- Assist service advisors and customers by addressing escalated concerns and providing expert insights
- Organize and oversee ongoing training to ensure technicians stay up-to-date on the latest tools, techniques, and certifications
Requirements – Shop Foreman:
5 years of dealership employment as a Technician or Shop Foreman- ASE certification or equivalent is required
- Advanced diagnostic and repair expertise
- Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a team
- Strong ability to manage workflow, meet deadlines, and maintain a clean and organized shop
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers
- Valid driver's license
