Title : Commercial HVAC Technician

About the Role :

Are you a midcareer HVAC Technician looking for an exciting opportunity with career growth We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Service Tech responsible for servicing and maintaining HVAC systems in a commercial environment. This role offers a great worklife balance while working with a stable growing company.

Responsibilities :

  • Service repair and perform startups of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and problems using hand tools blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  • Troubleshooting servicing & fixing VAV VRF RTUs low voltage controls and some chillers (chiller preferred not required)
  • Conduct preventative maintenance system replacements and necessary modifications.
  • Ensure safety standards are strictly followed on all job sites.
  • Maintain company vehicle and tools ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and equipment used.
  • Stay uptodate with manufacturer standards for installation operation and repairs.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers as needed.
  • Work overtime or weekends as needed

    • Requirements

  • EPA Approved Universal Technician Certification required.
  • Ability to pass a standard drug screen and background check.
  • Valid driver s license.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
