Pay rate up to $60,000-70,000 K base PLUS commissions & Incentives up to $95,000K possible first year

Responsibilities :
- Drive new business & client services in Mechanical Contractors & Engineers with MEP / HVAC projects & manage territory selling Refrigeration & HVAC services & agreements, warm leads provided some cold lead generation needed.
- Initiating and coordinating with Project Manager, Superintendent on MEP projects
- Define parameters of the project and create a design that meets these parameters. Your responsibilities include using software to develop proposals or job bids that meet all technical requirements for the client while limiting the risk of cost overruns.
- Working with customers to provide estimates for projects involving heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Set & follow up on leads & referrals from current clients & generate new business
- Will need an understanding of MEP / HVAC equipment (Boilers & Chillers up to $500K), system design, BAS Equipment
- Have proficient knowledge of energy & cost saving strategies for HVAC Commercial & lighting systems to explain to clients.
- Develop relationships with multiple buying influencers in client organizations
- Qualify and target opportunities based on close customer knowledge
- Manage budgeting quotes, service agreements to support sales plans
- Determine proposal pricing solutions and selling strategy, review contract terms in compliance with Vendor Partners & company standards.
