Title : Inventory Specialist (Aftermarket Parts Specialist - HVAC)
About the Role :
We are seeking an early to mid career Aftermarket Parts Specialist to join our team, supporting inventory management, shipping, receiving, and parts distribution to customers and technicians. This is a dynamic role requiring multitasking, teamwork, and a proactive approach. Based in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, the position also includes light facility and grounds maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities :
Distribute parts to customers and technicians at job sites or customer locations as needed.Perform inventory management tasks, including receiving, shipping, and maintaining inventory integrity.Ensure safe and secure loading / unloading of parts and materials.Audit outbound orders for accuracy and assist in filing freight claims for damaged goods.Operate warehouse equipment and machinery.Provide basic facility support, including light maintenance (e.g., snow shoveling, bulb replacement).Represent the company positively in interactions with trades, contractors, and customers.Work collaboratively in a team-based environment to enhance customer satisfaction.Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional overtime or weekend work.Requirements :
High school diploma or GED required.Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.Experience in HVAC, construction, parts distribution, or inventory management is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong initiative, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.This Job Is :
