  • On call rotational once a month
  • Pay rate up to $55 / Plus hr based on experience

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot maintain Commercial equipment (Aaon Brand and mors) working on air and water source heat pumps boilers burners RTU / Air handlers Constant Volume Geothermal Systems VAV & VRF systems and some BAS systems
  • Customers Service connecting with commercial clients to take care of heating & cooling needs
  • Will be working with valves motors controls switches gages wiring fans pumps compressors heat exchangers condensers coils piping and other functional components of systems for RTUs various Chillers (screw scroll stack water & air cooled up to 500 tons) & hydronic Boilers.

  • Journeyman preferred Universal EPA required
  • 3 years of HVAC / R or HVAC Tech commercial HVAC or HVAC / R experience
  • Understanding of OSHA requirements
  • Move and lift up to 70 lbs
  • Good Driving record

    3 years of experience as Lead Commercial HVAC Tech with RTU, Chiller, and DDC Controls experience

    Education

    Universal EPA , and any certifications from Diaken, Trane, Lennox, York etc.
