By offering customized, just-in-time inventory, Paragon provides brand-new, tailored equipment to meet customers' specific needs.What to Expect : -Commercial and Residential HVAC Systems-Forced Air / Split Systems-Controls and Rooftop Units-Chillers and Hydronic (Boiler) Systems-Condensing and Cast Iron Boilers-Tankless Water Heaters-Refrigeration and Snow Melt Systems-Generators-Other specialized, high-end devices and systemsKey Responsibilities : -Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.-Deliver exceptional technical support and maintain the company's reputation for excellence.-Communicate effectively with clients to ensure understanding of system usage and maintenance.-Provide on-call and emergency support when needed.-Collaborate with the team to contribute to Paragon's success and growth.Qualifications : -Experience : 3 years experience in Residential HVAC, with some Commercial HVAC experience preferred.-License / Certification : Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record. -Must have a Universal EPA Certification.-Proven ability to work on a variety of HVAC systems, including advanced and high-end devices.-Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills.-Commitment to providing excellent customer service and technical support.-Clean record and ability to pass a drug test.Benefits : -Health and dental insurance options.-Paid time off, including holidays, vacation, and sick days.-Fully stocked, company-provided vehicle.-401(k) with company match.-Life insurance and retirement plan options.-Ongoing paid training opportunities.-Bonus and overtime pay opportunities.Schedule : -Day shifts, Monday through Friday.-On-call and overtime as required.-Year-round work for consistent employment.-30 - 60 per week (Full-Time)Work Location : -Arlington Heights, ILWhy Join Paragon Mechanical?At Paragon Mechanical, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
