Video Production Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and self-starting Production Assistant to join our growing production team at Team Jesser's YouTube channel. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing pre-production support, on-set assistance, set building, equipment management, creative input, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing video shoots, including location scouting, gathering props and equipment, and preparing shoot schedules.
• Provide support during video shoots, including setting up equipment, managing lighting and sound, handling cameras, and assisting with talent needs.
• Maintain and organize production equipment, ensuring good working order and ready for use.
• Contribute creative ideas for content development and improvement of video production processes.
• Manage production deadlines and print, handle and distribute production-related paperwork.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in video production, film, or a related field. Proficiency with video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, is essential. Basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus. The ability to work collaboratively with a creative team, lift and carry production equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks as needed are also required.
