Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for supporting Employee Relations, Talent Management and other various Human Resources (HR) support functions.
- HYBRID SCHEDULE (3 days In-Office, 2 days WFH-Work From Home) with completion of IN OFFICE TRAINING and are meeting expectations with management approval.

Completes Employment VerificationsCreates and tracks adherence to human resources training modules including employment law, reasonable suspicion, and other required trainingsHandles a variety of clerical duties to include Employee Relations folders and Termination documents online retention systemHandles internal on-boarding transfer processes for client groupResponds to Unemployment ClaimsReviews completed annual performance evaluations from client groupSends weekly separation noticesSpends 25% of time, or two days per week processing company-wide payrollSupports company wide recognition programSupports talent management processSupports the employee relations function including answering and responding to the employee hot linePerforms other duties as assignedTravel
