EDUCATION:
For a College Summer Intern for three months NTE 480 hours:
Currently pursuing a BS/BA degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Basic experience and understanding of information technologies such as IT service management platforms, network fundamentals, and database / database management tools.
SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, One Drive), SharePoint, and Box.

Duties:
- Prepare internal and external documents for high-speed scanning (to include removal of fasteners, clips; repair tears to document).
- Determine appropriate scanner settings based on document type and document characteristics (i.e., paper size and weight of paper).
- Perform optical character recognition on documents requiring content-based retrieval, image indexing, and index verification ensuring files are searchable.
- Store image and text files within specified file structure; create/update properties to provide retrieval.
- Perform quality control of image, text, and properties to confirm loading, quality, and location of documents stored on servers.
- Convert scanned images to PDF or other file formats as required.
EDUCATION:
