Job opening: Year Round Landscaping Foreman/ Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Landscaping Foreman to join our crew and lead laborers with daily tasks of the job. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscaping tasks, including maintenance, planting, lawn mowing, snow removal, snow plowing, leadership abilities and hardscaping projects

Responsibilities:

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging on a team and lead another laborer

-Ensure properties and sites are up to standard

-Lead a crew of guys to sites and assign duties and tasks

-Assist with snow removal, shoveling, plowing of commercial lots
- Assist in planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Support irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months
- Contribute to hardscaping projects including patios and walkways
- Operate power tools and equipment for landscaping purposes
- Maintain gardens and grounds by weeding, mulching, and pruning
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for equipment upkeep
- Assist in building structures like fences or retaining walls and lawn mowing services

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in landscaping or related field
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely
- Familiarity with groundskeeping practices
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Experience:
