3. Interact with guests in a fast and friendly manner to exceed their expectations and ensure complete satisfaction.
4. Enter and complete customers' orders on the computer system, accepting various payment types and maintaining accuracy throughout the process.
5. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant's menu items and beverage offerings, including preparation methods and ingredients.
6. Manage all tables efficiently through attentive service, precise order taking, and effective communication with colleagues.
7. Verify guests' identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and politely decline beverages to those who are underage.
8. Clear and reset tables promptly, adhering to cleanliness and safety standards while ensuring smooth restaurant operation.
9. Maintain specific side-work requirements and uphold the total cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant environment.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Possess California Food Handler's card and ABC certification for food service employees preparing, storing, and serving food and alcohol.
