Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup of Delmarva is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher to support their mature and growing company.

We are looking to hire an engaging and motivated individual immediately for this position. Previous call center/dispatcher/or customer service experience is required. Other applications will be rejected. Bilingual skills a plus, but not required. This is a full-time customer service position at Roto-Rooter Delmarva’s Call Center during the hours of 8:00AM-4:30PM. After hours emergency call rotation is possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact with our customers and field technicians
- Obtain key information from the customer while expressing empathy, a sense of urgency and confidence that they called the right company, and that we will solve their plumbing-related problems.
- Data entry, including customer contact information and relevant details concerning their plumbing, drain, and septic problems and entering information into our CRM software.
- Schedule a service call based on customer’s availability and convenience.
- Discuss additional services and products we have available that may be helpful.
- Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
Position Requirements:
- Strong customer service focus
- Prior call center/dispatching/customer service experience is required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and is able to engage with the customer
- A strong working knowledge of computers, and ability to easily grasp using customer management software, email, and productivity applications like Microsoft Word and Excel
- Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail
- Bilingual skills are a plus

- $19.00 hourly bonuses
