We have an excellent opportunity available for an on-site IT Support Center Analyst in our Home Office located in downtown Cincinnati.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting of computer hardware and software and other technology tools, productsand peripherals
- Remote troubleshooting and QA testing of In-House developed applications
- Response and support for iSeries related Operator level support requests andtroubleshooting
- Responds/resolves incidents and service requests in accordance with expected servicelevels
- Oversee the execution and completion of assigned tasks
- Logs and tracks all work effort using ITSM tools and maintains history records and relateddocumentation
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while delivering high standards of customerservice
- Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission.
Requirements
Requirements include:
- Associate’s degree in related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in related technical support role
- Operator level IBM iSeries/ AS400 experience preferred
- May consider an equivalent combination of education and experienc
- Applicable Technical Certifications:
- A Certification
- ITIL Foundation preferred
- HDI Support Center Analyst preferred
