A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD WATER RESTORATION TECHNICIAN
As a Lead Water Restoration Technician, you are a hero to our clients whose properties have suffered water damage. You come to work ready and well-trained for the variety of challenges each event brings. Upon arriving at the site with your team, you set about fixing any problems our clients have, which often requires removing materials from the home, setting up drying equipment, and monitoring the situation to ensure that all will be well when you leave. You also make sure that your team follows all safety guidelines and our established procedures. As the team lead, you are diligent, reliable, and responsible for making sure the project is completed on time. When our clients need us, you jump at the chance to go out and make a difference. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD WATER RESTORATION TECHNICIAN
- Current Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration (IICRC) certification
- Experience as a service technician
- Customer service skills
