A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR (CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE) - DISPATCHER

As our CSR (Customer Service Representative) - Dispatcher, you are the "go-to" person at our company. A lot of information flows through our office, and you make sure that is accessible. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer care! You spend much of your time answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues for customers. You also provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients by phone and email.

While dispatching our crew, your demeanor is friendly and confident. You easily converse with clients on the phone and dispatch calls to technicians.
