You will serve as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues related to rotor blade services and products, and will work diligently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers through live chat or phone conversations, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries about Rotor Blade products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, feedback, and issues professionally and effectively
