Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for helicopters and aviation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Live Chat or Phone Chat Support representative to join our Rotor Blade team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat or phone conversations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues related to rotor blade services and products, and will work diligently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat or phone conversations, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries about Rotor Blade products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, feedback, and issues professionally and effectively
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Collaborate with the technical and operations team to address any technical questions or concerns from customers
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate any recurring issues or trends to the appropriate departments for further resolution
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the aviation or helicopter industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of rotor blades and aviation principles is a plus
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is a must
