Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Inside Sales Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years of related experience to join our team. This role will focus on supporting the sales process, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth onboarding and continued satisfaction for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities by providing sample products.
- Assign rep codes to new accounts and new locations.
- Partner with the Costing Analyst to provide pricing to contracted customers.
- Work with customers to negotiate pricing based on sales history.
- Update and review customer accounts, ensuring all name and address changes are accurately processed.
- Perform sales analysis by reviewing workbooks on customer sales, identifying gains and losses.
- Collaborate with field reps to manage day-to-day operations of moving transactions through the sales process from leads to customers.
- Assist field reps with customer support and service-related matters.
- Address potential customers’ inquiries and send additional information via email.
- Stay informed about product/service updates and industry trends.
- Research and qualify new leads to grow the customer base.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining company reputation.
- Work cross-departmentally to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Call customers to address their needs and ensure customer retention.
- Review A, B, and C accounts annually, evaluate their growth, and determine if they should be moved to a higher tier.
- Create quote workbooks to follow up on the previous week’s quotes.
- Send quotes lead to field reps.
- Review and update A, B, and C accounts, including usage, pricing, parts to add or delete from contracts, and necessary price adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related sales or account management role.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sales analysis and using CRM tools.
- Knowledge of product/service information relevant to the industry.
