Company Description
Rotorcraft Repair & Manufacturing LLC holds a repair station from the Federal Aviation Administration for non-destructive inspection techniques and the maintenance and modification of bonded structures for helicopter main and tail helicopter rotor blades. We offer a full range of inspection and restoration services from non-destructive testing of aviation and non-aviation articles to full overhaul of civil, public use, and military main and tail rotor blades. We also have capabilities to modify blades from and to various configurations.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies opportunities and potential of current and new accounts.
- Develops strategies and campaigns, makes sales presentations and sales calls.
- Manages a defined sales territory and works with Rotorcraft to achieve sales targets.
- Maintains relationship with accounts, communicates activities, and provides reports to customers and department. Handles customer inquiries and complaints. Refers issues for resolution.
- Updates presentations for soliciting accounts to keep Rotorcraft in forefront of providing solutions for customer needs.
- Makes recommendations to management for new sales initiatives.
- Maintains clean and safe work environment. Follows safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Makes recommendations for improvements to work processes and procedures.
- Provides a high level of service to all internal and external customers. Contributes to positive teamwork environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Accomplishes related results as needed.
- Utilizing extensive prior knowledge and experience within the aerospace industry, is able to provide a higher level of performance to the above tasks.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Business or Engineering / technical related field or related experience
- 5 years of technical experience in Aerospace / Military Aviation environment.
