Immediate Crew Member Needed in Hermantown Area
5 hour Shift duration, M-F with weekend availability flexible.

Roufs Property Maintenance, a family-owned company based in the Duluth area, is seeking skilled and motivated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in our success and contribute to the upkeep of various properties. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in general cleaning for client locations
- Perform cleaning duties as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Assist in detail semi-annual, annual cleaning tasks
• Sweeps and mops floors, vacuums, and spot clean carpeted areas.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and woodwork; dusts counters, windowsills, window blinds and similar fixtures.
• Empties, cleans, and lines waste receptacles and disposes of trash.
• Washes doors, windows, walls, ceilings, window blinds and furniture; polishes metalwork.
• Cleans and disinfects restrooms and locker rooms, restocking restroom supplies as necessary.
• Breaking down cardboard.
• Reports the need for maintenance or repair of facilities to the appropriate supervisor; corrects and/ or reports any fire or safety hazards, and places barriers in public areas.
• Maintains equipment, materials, and supplies in proper condition.
• Promotes co-operation and a welcoming environment for all.
• Observes safe working practices, including maintaining storage areas in a safe condition.
• Follows label instructions to mix and dilute cleansers, disinfectants, and stripping agents to ensure proper strength for use.
• Answers questions and provides standard information to customers and staff.
• Reports unauthorized persons and other security problems.
Job Requirements:
- No formal education required
- Ability to work Monday to Friday on-site in the Hermantown area during evening hours 4:30pm - 10:00pm. (Weekend shifts also available, weekend shift can be daytime hours)
- MUST be able to pass a Federal Background Check.
