Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase family membership and community involvement.
- Actively engage with community members through outreach programs, events, and personal interactions.
- Actively listen to parishioners and gather feedback regarding their needs, interests, and experiences with church programs. Share these insights with leadership to help shape and improve offerings.
- Collaborate with the digital team to promote the church's activities, events, and mission through various channels, including social media, local events, and community gatherings.
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and community groups to foster collaboration, volunteerism, and strengthen the connection between the church and broader community
- Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness about the church and its programs, as well as inspire youth and parent participation
- Build on existing programs and relationships to drive mission-focused progress.
- Work closely with Senior Pastor, Leaders of the RHCC Ministries, as well as the Outreach Committee to align community engagement efforts with the church's overall mission and goals.
- Collaborate with our existing local partner organizations such as the Greenwich Center for Hope & Renewal and Greenwich United Way.
- Manage cultivation budget for outreach and engagement efforts.
