Round Hill Music is a full-service, creative music company with a core focus on music publishing. Round Hill is in its 14th year of operation with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, and London.
As a member of the team in Nashville, reporting to the VP of Creative Licensing and Publishing, you will act as the liaison between our clients and our organization, interacting daily with multiple departments and serving as an ambassador of our industry-leading administrative services.
You will join an experienced creative licensing team of 12, fostering relationships with new and existing clients on Round Hill’s highly curated frontline roster and deep back catalog, driving our continued success.
Requirements :
WHAT DOES A MANAGER IN CREATIVE OPERATIONS AND CLIENT RELATIONS DO?
- Develop and maintain relationships between RHM and our artist clients and act as their primary administrative point of contact for any questions.
- Reply to client inquiries regarding timelines on payments, update bank account details, collect tax forms, payment instructions, and LODs.
- Issue representation agreements for sync representation on master and / or publishing.
- Assist the VP of Business Affairs on admin and co-publishing deal points, negotiations, closing items, take meetings with various artist and management teams, field questions, and push forward negotiations as needed.
- Work closely with our in-house attorney on incoming and outgoing deals.
- Keep the sync and licensing team informed of ongoing deals, terms, and rights.
- Field questions from and supply information relating to client accounts and work closely with internal teams providing expert guidance regarding song registrations, royalties and statements, and all general administrative matters for client accounts.
- A key contributor to large-scale projects and presentations associated with high-level departmental priorities.
