Round Hill Records is a full-service independent record label dedicated to long-term catalog and artist development featuring a diverse group of label properties primarily focused in the rock genre but encompassing all.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the label team. This position will be responsible for managing and executing multiple campaigns simultaneously across catalog and new releases. We are looking for a motivated and passionate self-starter who is open to wearing many hats and being involved in a wide array of tasks. This is a great position for someone looking to continue to build their career in the music business and get involved in all elements of marketing and label operations. This is a full-time role based in Nashville, TN.
Requirements
- Oversee and manage all project dates, deadlines, and tasks related to the assigned artist roster.
- Supervise Creative Coordinator in conjunction with A&R team and any and all marketing interns
- Clearly and effectively communicate all updates, timelines, and initiatives to managers, external partners, and internal teams.
- Onboard new catalog label acquisitions seamlessly with legal and finance.
- Establish and execute key checklist of catalog marketing initiatives to grow revenue consistently including leaning in on effective catalog playlisting.
- Work with label head and artists to create and manage budgets for each artist/project.
- Build and implement marketing strategies for catalog initiatives and new releases in partnership with internal and external teams, in support of strategic goals set by you and the label.
- Help facilitate and optimize the timely delivery of marketing elements to Partners, Creative, Digital, Radio, Royalties, Copyright, Sync to meet streaming, marketing and production deadlines
- Liase with distributor and manufacturer providing them with assets and aiding in all production processes to ensure physical and digital distribution deadlines are met
- Act as primary hub of communication for all catalog initiatives and frontline releases, liasing between artist/manager, label staff and promotion partners for each project.
- Create and interpret marketing reporting for streaming, album sales, audience demographics, and social metrics and communicate with internal and external partners to find and build successes.

Role Requirements:
- Must have a passion for music
- 2-3 years of music industry marketing experience; previous label or artist management experience preferred
- Strong marketing strategy & development skills
- Must be highly organized and deadline driven with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Must have robust understanding of social and streaming platforms
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of analytics platforms including (but not limited to): Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Chartmetric, MRC/Luminate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
