Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:

• Develop and maintain detailed work instructions (MOTs), setup sheets, and process plans.
• Design and verify machining processes for complex fabrications, including work-holding solutions, fixtures, cutting tools, and gauges.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing and quality issues by implementing process improvement strategies.
• Create routers and work instructions for production workflows.

What You Bring as a Manufacturing Engineer:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field with 3–5 years of experience in aerospace sheet metal fabrication, welding, forming, machining, and processing.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing machining processes for complex fabrications.
• 3 years working with brake presses, CNC punching, laser cutting machines, hydroforming, CNC lathes, CNC mills, and welding.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and CAM software (Mastercam is a plus).
