Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Counselor at RoundTable Wellness located in Carmel, IN. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for biopsychosocial assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, treatment planning, and managing their own client caseload. This dynamic role can range from contract work to a regular W-2 employment status with a leadership role.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience providing individual therapy
- Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Preferred: Licensure in Indiana as a Counselor or Therapist (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Minimum: LSW or LMHCA with 1 year post license experience in an outpatient setting
