We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Rousso Adams Facial Plastic Surgery. This role is responsible for enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms, driving engagement, and supporting broader marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a passion for aesthetics, a strong eye for design, and experience developing impactful content strategies backed by analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more
- Create original content that aligns with our brand voice, including graphics, photos, and videos
- Capture and edit photo/video content of surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Manage online engagement: respond to followers, monitor reviews, and nurture community interaction
- Identify and coordinate patient testimonials; film and repurpose into compelling social content
- Analyze performance data, track ROI, and report insights and recommendations to the COO
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with broader campaigns and events
- Plan and coordinate internal company and patient-facing events
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital tools
- Utilize SEO best practices and web analytics to optimize content visibility and performance
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required) and Canva
- Support web content updates and collaborate with developers to enhance online presence
- Oversee media placement across print, radio, TV, and outdoor advertising
- Assist with before-and-after photo editing when the imager is unavailable (training provided)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
- 2–3 years of experience in social media and marketing (agency or in-house)
- Passion for cosmetics and aesthetics is essential
- Strong design and content creation skills, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Canva
- Proven understanding of social media strategy, community management, and paid advertising
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using SEO and tools like Google Analytics
- Highly organized, collaborative, and self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,332.00 - $58,156.00 per year
