What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar back position at Route 66 Motorheads Bar & Grill?
EARN TIPS! Friday and Saturday evening availability on our band nights. On occasion some Sunday afternoon hours. Hours will vary depending on our band schedule.
Need to be able to manhandle full kegs. Be able to carry at least 40-50 pounds, lift, bend and stand for periods of time.
Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours.
Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, take garbage out and restock napkins and straws.
BUS BAR ITEMS from tables. Clean up spills, take trash out, keep the bar area neat and clean.
Handle emergency situations, like cleaning up broken glasses and clearing clogged drains..etc.
Job Type: Part-time
