Purpose Of Job
Responsible for supporting the tactical and strategic management of all Commercial Sites. These include the development and implementation of US and International Training and field support in line with corporate business strategy. Conduct the support of the company's commercial site training activities in accordance with codes of practice in all areas of work. Work with management to support the development and implementation of department strategy. Collaborate with the Sales Team in determining Clinical feasibility of new products adoption and provide feedback on product needs, requirements and clinical performance.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in therapeutic devices, ideally within the neurovascular therapeutic arena. Strong communications skills, strong management skills for planning activities, ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment, ability to promote corporate citizenship and integrity in outward facing activities.

Responsibilities
- Training
- Support the Development of training, sales strategies, messaging and materials in support of R92M product rollout for both internal and external customers
- Develop and deliver training materials and equipment in support of R92M products
- Support the sales team for R92M's product launches
- Site Support
- Continue to ensure R92M products have the best possible case support, both here and abroad
- Support data collection to maximize feedback on R92M product usage
- Translate the voice of the customer to internal groups and stakeholders
- Sales/Marketing
- Support the collection of market and competitive intelligence
- Support sales strategy for product growth/adoption in collaboration with the sales team
- Uncover potential new opportunities in & outside of named accounts for R92M
- Other duties and tasks as needed
