Position Available: Office Administrator

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia


Role Overview:

Reporting to the VP of People and Operations, we are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our daily office operations and ensure efficiency across all administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling internal communications, and assisting various departments with administrative support.


What You’ll Do:

 

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and maintaining cost-effective purchasing.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional and friendly assistance.
  • Coordinate appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as required.
  • Support HR and Operations with onboarding new employees.
  • Assist with document management, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs.
  • Plan and organize company events, team gatherings, and office celebrations.

 

What You’ll Need:

 

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and is technology savvy.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
