Objective: Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Business Manager will coordinate all aspects of the Camp Collins office.
Job Responsibilities:
The Office Manager will perform general office duties and is responsible for greeting people in the camp office, answering phones, data entry, filing, processing mail, billing, and scheduling. They are responsible for camper registration management and family communication. The office Manager will coordinate staff support, onboarding, and payroll services. The Office Assistant maintains a professional image and atmosphere of the reception area while providing support to all staff.
Requirements
- Answer phones and handle communication.
- Handle daily camp email communications
- Greet visitors.
- Prepare and distribute US and inter-branch mail/packages daily.
- Perform typing, filing, copying and other clerical tasks.
- Process and support camp registrations
- Oversee billing and accounts receivable
- Pay camp bills in a timely manner
- Manage Camp’s Vendor accounts
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area and business center.
- Monitor stock in office supply room and report needs to Office Manager
- Be familiar with all camp programs.
- Work shifts in Camp Store as assigned, to include sales, stocking, inventory and cleaning.
- Provide support to the camp administrative staff.
- Other duties as assigned
- Mental and physical ability to work well under pressure and perform multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- Positive attitude, initiative, flexibility, dependability and ability to work and problem solve as a team player.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and ability to learn camp registration software.

- Must pass YMCA background check.
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of employment
- Possess strong customer service skills.
Salary : $20 - $22
