The Row House, a national leader in luxury fitness, is looking for amazing talent to join our team and seeking a motivated Sales Associates to lead our studio to success! This position will be based in the Monroe, CT location.
The role of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes. The Sales Associate also assists with retaining current members and covers the front desk duties of answering phones, email and text inquiries. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Prior fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Available for 5am shift is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist the studio with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
- Drive and retain retail and membership sales
- Contact prospects/leads to schedule intro class and enroll them in a membership
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship targeting individuals needs and wants
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) and many networking/community events in the surrounding community to promote the studio
- Ensure studio is clean and tidy
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Answer phone, email and text correspondence timely and accurately
- Other duties as assigned
- This position offers a very competitive base rate plus commissions if all goals are met
