Professional Videographer Full Time, In-House / Video Content Creator (Commercial & Social Media)

Rowan Appliance Inc. is seeking a Professional Videographer to join our in-house creative team full-time. You will be responsible for producing high-impact video content that promotes our products and brand across websites, social media platforms, and digital ad campaigns.

This role is for someone who can take full ownership of the video production process—from creative planning and model coordination to filming, directing, and editing. If you're highly creative, technically skilled, and passionate about turning ideas into engaging visuals, we want to hear from you.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and video strategies
• Create storyboards, scripts, and detailed shot lists
• Scout and secure filming locations
• Book and coordinate models, actors, and on-screen talent
• Plan production schedules and manage logistics

• Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment
• Direct talent on-set to ensure authentic and on-brand delivery
• Set up scenes, props, and backdrops for lifestyle and product shots
• Capture high-quality video content from multiple angles and setups

• Edit videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,  DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
• Add music, voiceovers, effects, graphics, motion text, and branding
• Perform color grading, sound mixing, and overall content polishing
• Deliver content in optimized formats for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, website, and ads
• Maintain an organized archive of video files and project backups

• 3 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing
• A strong portfolio or showreel of commercial, branded, or social media work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects) DaVinci Resolve 
• Skilled in lighting, audio setup, and visual composition
• Strong eye for detail and storytelling
• Ability to manage time, deadlines, and multiple projects
• Experience directing talent and managing full production workflows
• Familiar with video performance best practices across major social platforms

• Salary: $70,000 – $85,000/year (DOE)
