Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Corporate Accounting team. This role reports to the Corporate Controller and will play a key role in driving the results for the HOA Management Business and overall enterprise. You will collaborate with individuals across the organization to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
• Bill monthly management fee revenue
• Bill ancillary management revenue
• Process cash application in the ERP
• Deposit physical checks into the bank accounts
• Liese with business operations teams to ensure billing and cash application is done accurately and timely
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• 1 years of accounting experience
• Associate’s degree in accounting preferred
• Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus
• Strong attention to detail and well organized
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Physical Requirements
• Ability to drive to and from several locations on occasion.
• Ability to withstand prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Employees in this role must be able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods.
