Rowe Architects, a second-generation design firm established in Tampa in 1965, is seeking a smart, creative, motivated and passionate professional to join our growing team in a highly collaborative studio focused on excellence in design and client service.

You will have full responsibility for managing all aspects of small to large project types and will prepare strategic plans for a project’s success. You will be responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, managerial and technical, from design through construction to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. You may serve as the primary client and consultant liaison to bring the schedule, budget, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction. You will actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. You will estimate fees, determine project’s scope of work, and prepare proposals and assist with contract preparation.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of delivering projects from programming through close-out.
REVIT proficiency as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Well experienced graduate and registered architects with over eight years’ experience are encouraged to apply.
